Shane: So what advice would you have for other businesses, like, if your, you know, any specific advice, like your you know, maybe you're retiring at some point in your life? Hey, maybe your daughter is gonna do it. What specific advice would you would you give them?
Adrienne: You know, my advice is build a business that isn't centered around you, just, you know, build a business that's a brand that if you have periods of your life where you need to step out of it, out of the main, you know, actually working the weddings, you have days like that. If you have months or years or seasons like that, you need to have a business that's built around a brand, a brand and not just you. So that other people can step in. And there's people that you've trained, there's systems that you designed so that it's not just a one man show.
Shane: That's awesome. Well, life events happen, right? You get sick, kids get sick and have a great need. You need you need someone else.
Adrienne: Yeah. Yeah. And like, there's you know, there is a lot of wisdom in the experience that I think we get in the wedding industry. And, you know, we can either just keep it all to ourself. And then when I retire, you know that this business isn't there anymore. Or I could, you know, build something that. I share with other people and other people can be a part of this really cool industry in this work. And then if I retire or if I have a season of life where I can't do it, the business doesn't just go away.
