This is a legal agreement between you (a single end user) and The Wedding Report, Inc., its owners, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of any kind ("us," "we," or "the Company"). Read this agreement carefully. Your access to The Wedding Report, Inc., all data on wedding.report, and any information provided through email or phone conversation (collectively, "the product") is subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions below.
By accessing or using any part of the Product, whether free or paid, you accept and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Product.
"Data" means all data and information of any kind contained on wedding.report, provided through email, phone conversation, or any other means, including reports, statistics, research, and any other data (the "Product" or the "Data").
The Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Product is licensed non-exclusively, not sold. By accessing free Data, subscribing, or purchasing a report or any other Data from The Wedding Report, Inc., you obtain only a limited license to use the Product, subject to the terms of this agreement. For paid subscriptions and purchases, the license runs for the duration of the paid term. For free access, the license remains in effect only while you comply with this agreement.
Individual people may obtain a license to the product, and such license may only be used for that person. Licenses cannot be shared or otherwise transferred in any way. Companies and organizations must purchase a separate license for each person who needs to access the Product. However, you may purchase a license on behalf of someone at your company and they may use the license as your delegate.
Permitted Use (Personal and Internal Business). You may use licensed Data or other information from the Product for personal use, for internal business use, internal business and marketing plans, and internal business and marketing plan presentations that are not presented to participants for a fee.
Permitted Use (Public Citation). Without written permission, distribution and citing of Data in any form (including but not limited to blogs, social networks, articles, and presentations) is restricted to single sentence reference, must be cited verbatim, and must include the attribution required below.
Permitted Use (AI Tools). You may use AI tools to analyze the Data for your own personal or internal business use, consistent with the permitted uses above.
Restrictions on Use. You shall not:
Attribution Requirements. All public citations of the Data must clearly and visibly attribute the source.
Grant of License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable Consultant License fee, The Wedding Report, Inc. ("Licensor") grants the consultant, agency, or professional advisor named on the account ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Data and Reports for the purpose of providing professional advisory services to third-party clients ("Clients"). "Licensee" means the individual or single business entity named on the account. Affiliated entities, parent companies, and subsidiaries require their own license or a multi-user agreement.
Permitted Use (Client Deliverables). Licensee may incorporate extracts of the Data, insights, and charts into private presentations, valuation models, and reports ("Deliverables") created specifically for a Client, and may share those Deliverables directly and privately with that Client, provided that:
Permitted Use (Public Citation). Licensee may quote individual statistics from the Data in public materials, including articles, presentations, social media, and marketing, provided each use carries the attribution required below. Licensee may not publish substantial portions of the Data, datasets, or complete Reports publicly without Licensor's prior written consent.
Permitted Use (AI Tools). Licensee may use AI tools to analyze the Data in the course of preparing Deliverables.
Restrictions on Use. Licensee shall not:
Attribution Requirements. All Deliverables and public citations containing the Data must clearly and visibly attribute the source.
Delivered Work. Deliverables provided to Clients before this license ends may be retained and used by those Clients indefinitely. The right to create new Deliverables ends when the license ends.
Licensee Responsibility. Licensee must inform Clients of the restrictions in this Agreement and is responsible for any breach of these terms that Licensee causes or facilitates, or fails to remedy promptly after notice from Licensor.
Relationship to Terms of Service. This license supplements and is governed by Licensor's Terms of Service, including all warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. The Data is provided "as is."
You may not use Data or other information from the Product for any purpose other than those expressly permitted in the Data Use License or, if applicable, the Consultant License, without prior written permission from The Wedding Report, Inc.
There may be an initial verification email sent to validate your access to this site or any affiliated site. After that, we only contact OPT-IN registered users via email with industry updates, special events, newsletters, survey participation requests, or other notices. All emails originate solely from us. You can OPT-OUT of these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in each email or by contacting us directly.
You can terminate your License(s) at any time. Termination at your direction will take effect at the end of the current paid membership; you will not receive a refund of any monies paid to the Company prior to the Company's receipt of notice of termination.
You agree that we can terminate your License(s) if you violate this agreement in any way. Termination due to violations of these Terms of Service will take effect automatically, immediately. Such automatic termination shall not preclude the Company from pursuing all available legal remedies, the rights to such legal remedies being specifically reserved.
The Product is provided "as-is" and the Company disclaims any and all representations and/or warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Company cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Product or any data or information. The Company does not represent or warrant that content or data within the Product is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
In no event will the Company or its owners, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, subsidiaries and/or affiliates or others be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Product or any of the data or information from the Product, even if the Company is aware or has been advised of the possibility of such possible harm. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Company's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the Company for the service/the Product/the Data at any time. You acknowledge that if no fees are paid to the Company, you shall be limited to injunctive relief only, and shall not be entitled to damages of any kind from the Company, regardless of the cause of action.

Due to the nature of information provided in the Product, all sales are final. There are no refunds.
